Where is this store based?

I am located in San Antonio, Texas.


What is the processing/shipping time for domestic orders and international?

I ask that you give me at least 7 days to ship out once your order is placed. If 7 days is too long for your I kindly ask you to not purchases from my store as I cant promise a product will get to you as fast as you might want.

Ship times vary depending on how far away you are from my location. Domestic orders can arrive anywhere between 2 to 10 business days depending on the current shipping environment. International delivery times range between 2 to 12 weeks.

I am in no way responsible for any international customs duties and fees please keep this in mind when you order from my shop internationally.


Unfortunately due to the VAT requirements I am unable to ship to you via this shop please head to my ETSY shop to make any and all purchases from me.


Can I update my address and how?

You can update the address on your order at anytime before it ships out. You can find the update button on your order page via your email. 

Once the package has been shipped this will no longer be an option.

It is up to you to make sure your addresses are up to date at all times. If you need any help please feel free to contact me.


What if my package says delivered but is nowhere to be found?

Once you have confirmed no one in your household or neighbors possibly have your package please feel free to contact me. I ask that you open a case on your missing package with the necessary shipping service and we wait until the end of the business week before considering the package lost. 

If the product is replaceable I will most likely try to replace it. 

If the product is a LE unreplaceable product the most likely method you'd be looking at is a partial reimbursement of the purchase price excluding shipping.


Do you allow wholesale orders?

I do not support any wholesale orders.


Pre-Orders, how do they work?

Pre-Order items will ship out once I have received the pins and graded them. Please check my Instagram for any Pre-Order ship time updates.

I am unable to provide pre-orders to any UK & EU buyers at this point in time.


How do I go about paying for my order?

Order payment is handled through Shopify payments. Alternative methods of payment are also available such as Paypal.


Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?

I do accept Returns and Exchanges so long as the item is returned in its original condition! I cannot refund shipping cost to you and you will have to pay return postage. 


There is something wrong with my order? Not received? Wrong item?

Pin Grading

I do not sell 'Collectors Grade' enamel pins they are a handmade product and as such flaws can happen. Little inconsistencies such as tiny bubbles, bumps, scratches, in-correct or missing fill can occur. I sell my pins in two grades 1st and 2nd . 1st - Near to Perfect with minimal to no flaws. 2nds - Obvious flaws but not a hindrance to use.
